Fridge/Freezer

Your choice of a fridge or freezer depends on a number of factors. The size of your group, the length of your trip and your lifestyle are key factors. If you use the trailer for short outings and you need is to keep beer and cooldrinks ice cold - you best option is the insulated nose cone. Filled with ice and with a fitted with a drain tap there is no better way to get and keep beer and cooldrinks cold. 

On extended trips the insulated nose cone can be used as a freezer by packing it with layers of frozen food and dry ice (CO2 ice). With this method the food will remain frozen for one week. The advantage of using the insulated nose cone is that there is no need to worry about power.

When you look at fridges and freezers, it makes sense to buy an all-stainless model for hygienic purposes and to match your trailer. Most of the fridges we sell are National Luna and Engel. There are a number of positions where a fridge or freezer can go on your trailer - depending on the model.
